Welcome to Catch! Our mission is to help you put down the phone and connect in the real world. To keep our community safe, respectful, and fun, we require all users to abide by the following rules.

1. Be 18 or Older

Catch is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, drop a "bait," or "bite" on one. We reserve the right to request age verification and will ban underage accounts immediately.

2. Safety First in the Real World

Your safety is your responsibility, but we expect everyone to act with common sense and respect.

• Meet in Public: Always choose public, well-lit places for your baits.
• Tell a Friend: Let someone know where you are going and who you are meeting.
• Trust Your Gut: If a situation feels off, leave.

3. Respect Boundaries

"Biting" a bait is a sign of interest in the event or the meeting, not a guarantee of a lifelong friendship or romance. Respect the word "no," respect physical boundaries, and treat everyone you meet with basic human decency. Harassment, stalking, and intimidation—both on the app and in real life—will result in a permanent ban.

4. Keep Content Clean

While Catch is 18+, it is not a platform for adult content. Do not upload photos using our camera feature that contain nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence.

5. No Spam or Scams

Do not use baits to sell products, run unauthorized commercial promotions, or scam users. Baits are for genuine human connection.
